Judgement-free atmosphere

Time and time again, our #LiveFitBabes tell us, they can’t BELIEVE how chill and judgement-free everyone in the group is!

When I launched this studio it was always my goal to create an atmosphere where NO ONE felt left out! We make it our mission as a tribe to welcome new people into the group and find a common connection.

You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time around, and as you’ll see, these #LiveFitBabe ladies are incredible!

All of the fun and love and connection is great, but of course you’re here for one reason above all - to get in incredible shape and take charge of your life! You’re an empowered, amazing woman and you deserve a fitness program that lives up to that!

The #LiveFitBabe Lounge

Come early for class to connect and hang out or grab a warm, delicious cup of coffee on your way out.

Whatever it is, our goal is to make you feel pampered and relaxed when you come into #LiveFitBabe Training. From the elegant ambiance of our crystal chandelier to the complimentary Keurig coffee, your comfort is our first priority!

 Small Group Stations

The way we set up the majority of our workouts is in a small group format. This style of workouts has two key benefits.

  1. First, it creates a smaller tighter group of ladies to get connected with. You won’t feel the typical anonymity and lack of connection of large group bootcamp classes. Instead you’ll get to know each other in a much more comfortable small group as you cheer each other on and work together.

  2. Secondly, the small group stations allow you to work with a mix of more and less experienced ladies. Whether that means you’re getting tips and advice from seasoned #LiveFitBabes or whether you’re that experienced exerciser who is able to help guide the less experienced ladies in your group (they say teaching is the best way to learn)

Bootcamp Style Workouts

Fast, efficient workouts that keep your metabolism burning body fat for 24-36 hours after your workout!

Our combination High Intensity Interval Training + Strength Training workouts are the BEST style of workout to get results, and get results FAST!

Now, don’t let the name scare you, HIIT or Strength Training workouts can be scaled for ANY fitness level!

All it really means is that it’s a combination of strength and cardio training that keeps you working at a high intensity (for you) so that you a guaranteed to see maximum results! (and no you won’t get bulky from lifting weights!)

 Innovative exercises so that you never get bored!

Yes, we’ve heard ALLLL about how bored people get when they go to the gym. Whether that’s simply not knowing what to do, or getting bored with doing the same old outdated exercises over and OVER again at your local gym, we’re here to shake things up!

Of course we’ll still keep the classics in there, but at #LiveFitBabe Training you can fully expect to experience a variety of new exercises you’ve never tried before and you’ll NEVER see us repeat a workout!

 The booty zone

Now of course, what ladies fitness facility would be complete without an area specifically designed to tone, tighten and lift your glutes? Beyond just choosing good exercises to get you the results you desire, we’ve gone out of our way to specifically seek out the TOP of the line equipment to get you those results. In the Booty Zone you’ll find hip thruster stations, DESIGNED for the hip thrust - The #1 scientifically proven exercise to build/tone your bum!

Close attention to form & correction

With instructors who are trained to watch out for form deviations, corrections needed and signs of need for further attention, we’ll make sure you’re safe and taken care of. With DC Fitness next door (who specialize in mobility & pain reduction for beginners & intermediates), any adjustments needed or additional 1-on-1 sessions required to fix any imbalance or dysfunction can easily be passed along to ensure that you are taken care of optimally.

Unlike most bootcamp classes out there, we are passionate about preparing you for the journey you are about to embark upon!
